Refund & Return Policy
CityFeed Services is committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be considered.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product delivered is damaged, contaminated, or defective at the point of delivery
- Product supplied is different from what was ordered
Note: Returns must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used feed bags
- Products damaged due to poor storage after delivery
- Products improperly mixed or used against guidelines
- Digital products, e-books, training materials, or downloadable content
- Training and consultancy fees once service has commenced
Return Procedure
To request a return:
- Contact CityFeed Services via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours
- Provide:
- Order details
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review and respond within 48 hours. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Options
Where a return is approved, CityFeed Services may offer:
- Product replacement, or
- Store credit, or
- Refund (at our discretion)
Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10–20 working days.
Delivery & Handling Costs
- Delivery costs are non-refundable, except where the error is entirely from CityFeed Services
- Return transportation costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are accepted by Cityfeed
- Once accepted, cancellation is not allowed
Quality Assurance Commitment
All CityFeed products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Customers are advised to:
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery
- Store feeds in a cool, dry, and hygienic environment

CityFeed Services reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updated versions will be communicated via our platforms.
