CityFeed Customers
Who are CityFeed Customers?
CityFeed customers are highly valued, non-registered members of the CityFeed ecosystem. They are primarily farmers and livestock producers who serve as the direct end-users of CityFeed products and solutions. Their practical experience, trust, and consistent patronage form the backbone of CityFeed’s market presence.
What do they do?
These customers are well revered because they translate CityFeed’s innovations into real farm-level results—improved animal health, better productivity, and increased profitability by using the products and services. Their feedback guides product improvement, while their success stories strengthen CityFeed’s credibility and reputation across farming communities.
How do they buy?
They are non-registered members of CityFeed so they are unable to purchase online directly from CityFeed. They thereby buy from CityFeed Merchants around or close to their locations.
CityFeed remains committed to supporting them through quality products, technical guidance, and reliable service, recognizing them as essential partners in sustainable livestock development.
CityFeed Users
Who are CityFeed Users?
CityFeed Users are registered individuals or organizations formally enrolled in the CityFeed network. They enroll on the network to be able to buy directly from the Company and enjoy benefits such as: Shipping bonuses and Referral bonuses. Membership signifies a commitment to representing, promoting, and growing the CityFeed brand within approved guidelines.
What do they do?
CityFeed Users also translate CityFeed’s innovations into real use. Their feedback guides product improvement, while their success stories strengthen CityFeed’s credibility and reputation across farming communities.
How do they buy?
They buy product durectly from the Company through their online wallets. They comply with CityFeed’s ordering and payment policies to ensure consistency, transparency, and product integrity.
Become a UserCityFeed Merchants
A merchant is a registered individual or organization who has the capacity to buy CityFeed products in bulk
What do they do?
CityFeed Merchants buy products in bulk and participate in the distribution, marketing, advocacy, and professional use of CityFeed products and services. They support farmers with access to CityFeed products and services. They provide basic product guidance, facilitate market expansion, and serve as trusted links between CityFeed and farming communities.
How do they buy?
CityFeed Merchants purchase products directly from CityFeed in bulk or structured quantities for resale, redistribution, demonstrations, or institutional supply. Merchants comply with CityFeed’s ordering, payment, and distribution policies to ensure consistency, transparency, and product integrity.
How It Works
Merchants will pay the sum of #250,000 non-refundable deposit from their wallets into CityFeed designated account account. Becoming a CityFeed Merchant is a simple process designed to empower entrepreneurs in the animal feed business. After registration and membership approval, merchants receive branding rights, training, marketing support, and access to CityFeed products. This partnership helps merchants build profitable feed businesses while promoting quality livestock nutrition in their communities.

Qualifications
- You must be capable of bulk purchase.
- You must have a shop where farmers can easily locate you.
CityFeed Partners
A partner is someone who has the capacity to buy CityFeed BundleShare. A BundleShare is sold by CityFeed management to partners whenever there is a need for a major expansion of the Company.
BundleShare Value: ₦10,000,000 (10 Million Naira)
Availability: Only 2 BundleShares are sold in a year that expansion is required. The 2 Bundles can be sold to 1 Partner or different partners.
Partnership Rewards
Partners receive a flat rate commission on each product sold on the network based on product type. Equity holding is 2 years after which the partner can choose either to sell to CityFeed or continue to be a partner.
Any partner who wishes to withdraw after 3 years shall give a 6-month notice. BundleShare paid by partners are fully covered by CityFeed Services for a 3-year period.
How It Works
- You will register first as a member.
- Both members and merchants can buy BundleShare.
- Merchants/Members will fill the application form and pay the amount of the refundable BundleShare required into the CityFeed designated account and wait for approval to have their status changed.
